The initial acidity evokes bergamot; as the flavor evolves on the palate, it shifts toward sweetness, where notes of juicy fruit emerge, particularly ripe peach and apricot. The finish offers a pleasant note of brown sugar reminiscent of a cookie: desirable, indulgent, with a guaranteed “wow” factor in the cup. Medium body and a juicy mouthfeel.
