Our tastings follow Japanese philosophy and require you to place your complete trust in the hands of the professional. There is no set menu: the barista will select the most suitable coffees for the moment, creating a tailor-made, unique, and unrepeatable experience for each session.
Behind the counter, you will find the best specialty baristas from the Bugan team, joined by exceptional special guests who will take turns during the sessions: true national and international champions in the disciplines of Barista, Coffee In Good Spirits, Cezve/Ibrik, and Roasting (including Federico Pinna, Daniele Ricci, Andrea Villa, Roberto Breno, and Francesco Stabile). They will reveal the secrets of terroir, innovative processing methods, and extraction techniques.
This experience is not just a simple tasting, but a technical and sensory journey of the highest level. It is designed specifically for true coffee lovers, industry professionals, or enthusiasts.
