With its Star Experience, Bugan Coffee Lab takes you on a journey to discover rare and exclusive micro-lots, the result of innovative and experimental processing methods.
The "Omakase" philosophy: put yourself in the expert’s hands. Our tastings follow this Japanese philosophy and require you to place your complete trust in the professional’s hands. There is no set menu: the barista will select the coffees best suited to the moment, crafting a tailor-made, unique, and one-of-a-kind experience for each session.
Behind the counter, you’ll find the Bugan team’s top specialty baristas, joined by exceptional special guests who will take turns during the sessions: true national and international champions in the disciplines of Barista, Coffee In Good Spirits, Cezve/Ibrik, and Roasting (including Federico Pinna, Daniele Ricci, Andrea Villa, Roberto Breno, and Francesco Stabile).
They’ll be the ones to reveal the secrets of terroir, innovative processing methods, and extraction techniques.

In order not to spoil the sensory experience and allow you to fully appreciate every aromatic nuance, we kindly ask all participants to:

- Do not smoke before the event.
- Do not eat heavy meals the night before.
