A bright and juicy initial acidity, reminiscent of wild blackberries, with a citrusy note that evokes orange zest. It then evolves on the palate into an enveloping sweetness, where that warm, rounded sensation of caramel emerges.
A finish of great elegance, with deep notes of cocoa that lend body and a pleasant, refined bitterness, and a clean, lingering aftertaste, where the balance between fruit and roast leaves a long and satisfying impression. Medium body.
