For those who have never tasted a "Wush Wush," this coffee is certainly a one-of-a-kind experience, as it is a very rare and highly sought-after variety originating from Ethiopia and grown in limited quantities by select Colombian producers. It takes its name from a region in Ethiopia, but has gained popularity thanks to select farms in Colombia, including perhaps the most famous and well-known: Los Nogales. I would definitely describe this as a feminine coffee due to its elegance and light body—and remember, body is not an indicator of quality. This variety is a regular contender in world competitions, as it offers great complexity in the cup, both in terms of flavor and mouthfeel.
