E&B LAB - Induction Moka Pot - 6tz
A Moka pot made entirely in Italy, featuring a competition-grade filter that dramatically improves the quality of the coffee it brews.
It also works on the gas cooker.
The filter has many holes with a diameter of 0.2 mm (traditional filters usually have holes of 0.8 mm in diameter and fewer of them), which allow for perfect extraction while reducing water pressure that could damage the layer of ground coffee in the filter.
Thanks to this filter, which also traps many more fine coffee particles, you get a cleaner-tasting beverage, reducing bitterness and enhancing the sweetness and balance of the cup.
