TARRAZU #NATURAL - COSTA RICA

A wonderful Costarica that you don't expect, an initial acidity spike to say the least, denoting the white grape sensation, and good body are the main characteristics of this coffee. Evolution then into sweetness with notes of brown sugar and caramel. The finish presents a decidedly pleasant and desirable dark chocolate note. A coffee definitely suitable for all those who like a white/brown color in coffee, as it turns out to be very pandering and mouthwatering. The most surprising flavor of this coffee, which recalls so much the sweet note, is the cinnamon sensation, really a "wow" effect for this Costarica. What a great discovery! El Tirra is one of the lots from Hacienda Cafetalera, composed of members of the Coopetarrazu cooperative. With the dropping temperatures and the imminent arrival of fall, this Costarica is definitely a great coffee.
