NIRVANA – PANAMA – COMPETITION LOTS
€100
Oh my goodness! Such floral notes, such elegant and sweet fruity tones. Both the aroma and the taste reveal this wonderful floral note reminiscent of jasmine—or, to be more precise, the "cascata," the outer skin of dried cherries! It then evolves on the palate into sweetness, with a distinct note of white grape, which gives the palate a sensation of incredible juiciness. The finish features an incredible and decidedly pleasant note of black cherry.
This coffee undergoes the same processing method as Gesha Peaberry, which is why it would be wonderful to have the chance to taste it in both versions. To understand the differences between a traditional Gesha variety, consisting of coffee beans containing two seeds, and the Gesha Peaberry selection, where there is only one seed inside the drupe.
The body is medium. This farm consistently offers coffee of the highest caliber, known worldwide, where the money spent is a guarantee of quality... in short, when you drink a Jamison Savage coffee, you can’t go wrong!
The difference between this coffee and the Gesha Peaberry lies in the body, which we’d describe here as medium—perhaps even medium-low—while the Peaberry has a more structured body. In short, in addition to having different flavors—always enzymatic—for those who prefer a heavier body in their coffee, I would recommend the other coffee; however, for those who prefer a more delicate, elegant sensation reminiscent of tea or herbal tea, I would say this one is absolutely ideal. Now the choice is yours—or you can try both—a great investment in your personal growth.
