This coffee comes from a rather large farm, about 13 hectares, located in the Oromia region. What can I say... it is a very elegant, fragrant coffee with a distinctly fruity profile. It is reminiscent in every way of the much-loved spring, with its scents and floral notes blooming in the cup. The main scents? White peach and apricot, the absolute stars of this sensory experience. It is perfect for those who like elegance, delicate scents, a low body and a clean aftertaste. The final note of mandarin gives a very pleasant persistence, which fades gently: as in wine, this is synonymous with high quality. Also surprising is the Earl Grey tea note on the nose: truly unique and fascinating! I always remain convinced that Ethiopian coffees, especially washed coffees, are best suited for this season of the year.
