Dimtu is a farm that has been operating in the coffee industry since 2010, and its mission is to grow coffee entirely organically. Located in the Guji region at an elevation of 2,200 meters, it owes its exceptional quality to its deeply clayey soil, rich in minerals and reddish in color.

A coffee with a beautiful initial acidity and high intensity that strongly evokes the flavor of raspberries. It then evolves into an incredible sweetness, with distinct notes of brown sugar, chocolate, and vanilla. The finish is completely free of bitterness.
Surprising even on direct orthonasal smell, with a distinct note of rooibos!
