When it comes to Ethiopia, this is the coffee that reflects this wonderful land!
To begin with, there are huge floral notes reminiscent of jasmine... then comes an initial acidity reminiscent of bergamot and, immediately afterwards, a clear note of citric acidity. At this point, the evolution shifts towards sweetness, with elegant and clean notes dictated by floral and fruity flavors.
And the sweetness? We’ve called it illegal: notes of blackcurrant and blackberry, impressive and distinct to say the least. So let your emotions guide you: try sipping this coffee with your eyes closed and… the color purple will appear in your imagination! Mamma miaa!
If you still haven’t grasped what “Specialty” means, this coffee opens up a wild and incredible world for you, allowing you to understand the unique sensory journey you’re about to embark on.
