A coffee that, given its provenance, I did not expect so: a sweet discovery! Fragrant and fruity, it is the perfect companion in this transitional period between fall and winter. We couldn't wish for anything better. It is enchanting when extracted hot by any method: espresso, filter or mocha, each cup gives great emotions both in terms of taste and aromatic richness. The absolute protagonists? Red fruit flavors such as raspberry and strawberry. For a Costa Rica, it pleasantly surprised us with a remarkable initial acidity and medium/high intensity. It is the ideal coffee for those who like elegance, perfumes, a medium body and a clean aftertaste with sweet notes reminiscent of the sugar brown world, such as butter cookies. A coffee that lends itself to everyday enjoyment and never gets tired: pure enjoyment in every sip! Under the heading "amazing" is this very coffee.
