The initial acidity evokes the first fruits of summer, followed by an evolution into a rich, almost enveloping sweetness, with sensations reminiscent of strawberry and blackberry - a true blend of red fruits. Definitely interesting is the aftertaste, where an incredible mango note emerges, giving freshness and juiciness perfect to complete this summer flavor profile. What to say. This is a true coffee fresh, also ideal for cold extractions such as cold brew or nitro. Mamma mia, what a craving for summer and a lively, crisp coffee cocktail! When we tasted it for the first time, we were impressed by the work done at this promising small farm, located in the Oromia region in the municipality of Nensebo. Here, the producer has set up a washing station within the farm itself-a rarity in Ethiopia! Congratulations indeed: this is the right way, the way of authentic quality.
