The Castillo botanical variety grown in this land fully expresses the characteristics of its cultivar, meeting the expectations of those who know this territory. The roasting has been calibrated to enhance its aromatic sensations. We define this coffee as pleasing and ruffian due to its great sweetness, predominantly from the sugar brown family. It presents a high body and flavors reminiscent of vanilla and cookies, with a decidedly sweet note of milk chocolate. The initial acidity, elegant and pungent, is reminiscent of apple, offering a "magical acidity." A highly respected Colombian coffee, easy and pleasant to drink at any time of day.
