Mamma mia, what a sweetness! Elegant fruity and floral notes explode on both nose and palate. From the very first sip, a wonderful note of verbena flower emerges, delicate and enveloping.
On the palate, the evolution is incredible: the sweetness intensifies with a distinct note of peach and cherry blossom, giving a crazy juicy sensation. The finish is enhanced by a touch of vanilla, which makes this coffee simply extraordinary when it comes to natural sweetness.
To this day, I still wonder how sugar can be added to certain coffees. This one, in particular, is perfect for those who have never tried a real specialty coffee: it is the perfect starting point to discover a completely different world from commercial coffee.
I would call it an elegant coffee, partly because of its medium body. It must be tried to really understand what these words mean.
It is produced by a small farm in the Oromia region, where the climate, with its significant variations in temperature and rainfall, contributes to the development of coffees with complex flavor profiles and high quality. Excellent workmanship in a bountiful land.
