Initial impact taste note of acidity reminiscent of lemongrass. Evolution then into an impressive sweetness of ripe fruit denoting the sensation of peach and tropical fruit so much so that we can confuse our minds with the perception of being faced with a fruit extract. Even more evident when extracted by the espresso method. Medium/high body, excellent structure and a decidedly juicy and syrupy mouthfeel. Surprising final note of rose that makes our oral cavity very clean and fresh. A real PANAMA GESHA with decidedly interesting and obvious flavors and tastes that convey a unique and different sensory experience to try and experience.
