On the nose there is a beautiful and elegant fruity note, with ripe and exotic fruit sensations reminiscent of passion fruit. A coffee that to call "sweet" would be reductive: the sweetness is so intense as to be almost cloying. The initial impact in the mouth is marked by a lively acidity reminiscent of blueberry, and then evolves into an enveloping sweetness, with notes of sugar brown, traceable to almond and hazelnut, so much so that we can confuse our minds with the perception of eating dry cookies, cakes and even raisins. WOW! The body is medium/high, with excellent structure and a syrupy, rich and full mouthfeel. The finish surprises with a note of black tea, which adds a hint of bitter elegance and contributes to a great flavor balance. A true Peru, with intense and multifaceted flavors, capable of providing a unique and different sensory experience, all to be enjoyed.
