A beautiful, elegant fruity aroma reminiscent of ripe strawberries. To call this coffee “sweet” is truly an understatement—I’d almost say it’s cloying—with an initial burst of acidity on the palate reminiscent of blueberries.

It then evolves into an impressive sweetness of ripe fruit that evokes the sensation of ripe strawberries, so much so that it can trick our minds into thinking we’re drinking a fruit extract amidst a forest floor setting..

Medium-to-high body, excellent structure, and a decidedly juicy, syrupy mouthfeel. The surprising finish of caramel and ripe fig leaves our mouth feeling incredibly clean and fresh.

A true Ethiopian coffee with decidedly interesting flavors and notes that convey a unique and distinct sensory experience—one to try and savor.

For those who love sweet, well-structured coffees, this is highly recommended, with medium acidity that isn’t too pronounced.
