BOMBS - ETHIOPIA

A very elegant coffee that is very fragrant and fruity. Spring has just begun and already we are enjoying these wonderful fresh coffees made in Ethiopia! The first flowers sprout giving incredible scents traceable to the citrusy floral notes of lemon, bergamot to be more precise, and that acidity reminiscent of the arrival of the first summer fruits: strawberry. These are the main protagonists of this coffee. For those who like a medium acidity, lots of fruity sweetness, perfumes, a medium body, here is the right coffee for this season: welcome Spring! On the finish a decidedly very elegant aftertaste traceable to still floral notes such as rose. A coffee that one could drink over and over again. For those who haven't figured it out, this is our favorite season.
