A coffee that we define as balanced, thanks to the extraordinary synergy and complicity between acidity, sweetness and bitterness that is perceived in the cup. The initial acidity is reminiscent of green apple fruit, evolving then on the taste buds into sweetness where that yellow kiwi sensation emerges. The finish, slightly lingering, is characterized by notes of black tea: pleasant, desirable, and capable of giving that much sought-after wow effect.
Medium body. On the olfactory direct ortonasal aroma an impressive lemon note, mainly enzymatic notes.
A decidedly interesting Kenya, made unique by the presence of an unusual botanical variety, SL14. An invitation to try to discover, experiment and continue to grow in the wonderful world of coffee.
