KARAMBI MTN 289 - RWANDA

Mind you, this coffee is addictive with its fruity, elegant and sweet notes. Both from a direct olfactory and flavor point of view we have as protagonists incredible fruit notes that lead us to identify the ripe kiwi note. Initial acidity traceable to that of a white grape, then evolving on the taste buds into sweetness with a distinct sensation of 70% dark chocolate that is elegant and fresh, giving the palate a feeling of fullness and roundness. This coffee, which is decidedly clean and elegant and has a low body, is indeed suitable for an audience that does not like to have a necessarily heavy drink weight within a cup of coffee. Suitable for those who like filter extraction. With eyes closed, it feels like drinking an infusion, an even slightly spiced tea where that note of ginger emerges. Enjoy!
