A coffee that we called "balanced," thanks to the perfect harmony between acidity, sweetness and bitterness. The initial acidity is reminiscent of black currant, which then evolves into sweetness with notes of ripe fig. The slightly bitter finish brings back hints of brown sugar and caramel, for a complex but still pleasant result.
With a medium body and a very versatile profile, it is ideal for those who like chocolatey notes but do not want to give up light acidity.
El Tesoro is also symbolic of the vision of its producer, Don Jorge, who has dedicated his life to coffee. The finca is home to a nature reserve integrated with the plantation, demonstrating the care for the environment and care that is clearly felt in the cup as well. To drink and rediscover several times throughout the day.
